   I was hired into a newly created role to lead the company’s first data conversion and migration from a legacy policy system to a modern platform. In this position, I managed the full project lifecycle, including oversight of an offshore team, project deadlines, quality assurance, and budget adherence. Since joining, I expanded the offshore team from 5 contractors and one manager to 46 contractors, 2 specialists, and 3 managers. This growth enabled the successful transition of 12 critical tasks and 4 policy conversions from internal teams, providing operational relief across four departments. I created comprehensive training videos, workflows, and project trackers, performed root cause analyses, and identified and addressed compliance, security, and project risks. I cross-trained team members to handle diverse SLAs and fluctuating volumes across all initiatives, while also conducting impact assessments and prioritizing technology issues to ensure business continuity. Throughout my tenure, all tasks, processes, and conversions were completed on time and within budget. To achieve these outcomes, I collaborated closely with Legal, Internal Audit, department heads, and senior leadership (SVPs, VPs, and AVPs), ensuring stakeholder alignment and compliance. I also maintained ongoing communication with technology teams, product owners, and department managers to uphold the accuracy and quality of project deliverables.
