About Nicole Lugo
Nicole is a Principal in EY’s Tax Technology & Transformation practice. This practice provides an array of tax functional and technology services designed to leverage data and improve the operating performance of the tax function.Nicole has over 20 years of experience assisting a variety of large, multinational public and private financial service organizations including investment banks, insurance companies, real estate, private equity, and hedge funds. In her primary role, Nicole focuses on tax transformation, process improvement and tax technology implementations for the asset management and real estate sectors. This includes extensive experience in JV and portfolio company data collection, fund administrator automation, trial balance sensitization, REIT automation, allocation and tiering processing, investor reporting, Schedule K-1/K-3 production, state and international tax compliance and other key business issues where efficiency, quality and productivity improvement can benefit the tax function.
