Provides leadership and expertise in developing and monitoring budgets and financial strategies and developing and managing systems and practices that ensure compliance and consistent application of related policies and procedures. Analyzes and provides guidance on operations to ensure financial best practices are integrated and recommends changes to increase efficiency.Responsibilities:•Lead the team towards achieving pre-established objectives.•Accurate reconciliation of financial records.•Monitor and manage credit card payments and bill payments.•Act as the primary point of contact to address any questions and concerns related to financial operations.•Manage and execute accounts payable and receivable activities.•Develop financial goals and objectives for the team.•Support with the annual financial audit process.•Develop and maintain financial statements for future reference.•Work together with CEO in financial management and reporting activities.•Ensure that financial operational activities are executed and delivered in accordance with standards established by the company.•Develop operational initiatives to achieve financial goals.•Monitor and manage expenses within the established budget.•Creation and monitoring of content on social networks•Marketing Management•Design, management and evaluation of marketing campaigns.•Direct the engagement strategy on social networks.•Organize and monitor company events (Annual Fundraising, Client Events, among others).•Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
