Hi there! A little bit about me - I am an enneagram 3 in the truest sense. I am motivated by a challenge and love to learn! I have a degree in Spanish and Elementary Education and a masters in English Language Learning. When I started my career I landed in education and after 3 years transitioned into Customer Success. I quickly found how my college education and prior experience translated to being a CSM. I am most passionate about planning and executing effective success plans and trainings that drive customers closer to their desired outcomes, making work environments safe and conducive, and building relationships to ensure customer success! I find myself truly in my element when I can strategize with Enterprise accounts, sit in on an Executive team meetings, and lean into being strategic and intentional in implementation and beyond.
