As the Vice President of Mindfully Direct, a division of Mindfully Behavioral Health, I oversee the day-to-day operations of two of the largest private pay behavioral health care practices in Austin, TX. With over 8 years of experience as an Executive Director at Austin DBT Associates, I have developed a strong expertise in clinical program development, including clinical supervision and specialty training tracks. I am responsible for the P&L and budget of the organization, as well as the management of 140 clinicians and 10 administrative staff. I report to the Chief Strategy Officer of Mindfully Behavioral Health. My mission is to provide high-quality, evidence-based mental health services to our clients, while fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment for our team.
