As a Senior Manager of Design at Macy\'s, I have over 18 years of experience in the fashion industry, leading the design vision and execution for Alfani Menswear. I am passionate about creating products that are stylish, comfortable, and affordable, while reflecting the diverse needs and preferences of our customers.In my current role, I collaborate with the Director of Design to set the seasonal fashion direction for wovens, pants, and outerwear. I develop and execute product designs that align with the overall product strategy and merchandise objectives, and adhere to the sku plans from buying. I partner with the Product Development team to ensure that the designs meet the cost guidelines for the style and category, and review the digital design renderings on CLO, making any adjustments or comments needed. I also work closely with the Materials team to create seasonal palettes and support fabric optimization. I own the product design from concept through production, ensuring quality and consistency across the brand. I use my skills in trend, fashion, and CLO to create innovative and appealing designs that resonate with our customers and elevate the brand image.
