As Development Director for Kline Galland, one of the foremost providers of comprehensive senior care in the state of Washington, I am responsible for raising major gifts within the public phase of the highly successful $30M+ campaign. Together with the Chief Philanthropy Officer, CEO and Board of Directors I strengthen and broaden community and donor relationships, helping to expand knowledge and financial investment in Kline Galland\'s family of services (independent and assisted living at the Mary Schwartz Summit, home health, home care, hospice and palliative care through Benaroya Services, and rehabilitation, long-term care, memory care and hospice services at the Kline Galland Campus in Seward Park). Building upon a century-long reputation in Seattle, inspired by Jewish values of giving back to improve the community - Kline Galland extends their exceptional care to everyone regardless of background or beliefs.In partnership with the Communications team, I lead the strategy for the annual giving and planned giving programs, legacy giving website, donor communications and streamline database utility and reporting. I am also responsible for attracting sponsorships for special events like our cherished Mother’s Day Luncheon at Kline Galland’s facilities, along with leading the newly formed Fine Arts Committee.
