Nicole King is a trial attorney who champions and advises her clients in complex commercial litigation disputes, including product liability, contract and business torts, trade secrets, labor and employment, and insurance recovery litigation. Nicole has a strong track record of success for her clients while prosecuting and defending against civil lawsuits in state and federal courts. Her victories include first-chairing a winning bench trial, in which she handled all aspects, including opening statement, direct examination, cross-examination, and closing argument. Nicole has similarly obtained favorable client results as a member of other trial teams, including a jury\'s return of a complete defense verdict. She has also handled appellate matters before the California Courts of Appeal and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
