About Nicole Keon

Nicole began her healthcare journey with an administrative internship at the University of New Mexico Hospital. After completion of her internship, Nicole ran operations for a 10-provider private dermatology practice in Tucson, AZ. This position provided her the practical experience of day-to-day practice management and the ability to work for and with physician shareholders and leaders. During her time in Tucson, Nicole expanded the practice into rural areas providing greater access to care for southern Arizona. Highly involved mentorship has greatly impacted Nicole’s growth and development in the healthcare arena. In 2012, Nicole accepted a position as Administrative Director of Operations for Arizona Center for Cancer Care, a multi-specialty group practice focused on quality and evidence-based cancer treatment. provided Ms. Keon with the next opportunity to run operations and corporate services on a larger scale. While at she has worked on the front lines of growth and expansion that has occurred both organically and through M&A. Nicole’s background to date consists of executive level healthcare administration in all aspects of oncology including; hematology/oncology, radiation oncology and surgical oncology, both in the private practice and facility environment. Nicole’s philosophy for success in the healthcare environment is the use of a physician dyad model in which an executive administrator and engaged physician leader team up to accomplish the organization’s goals across the continuum. Nicole holds an undergraduate degree in Health Management and Policy with minors in Business Administration and Health Promotion and Behavior from Oregon State University and her Master\'s in Business Administration - Finance from Arizona State University
