At Apple, on the Reseller Operations team, I solved complex SAP order/shipment problems, responded to hot desk requests and ensured weekly shipment goals were met (99%-100%) using Tableau/Excel. I collaborated with Account Managers, Logistics, Finance, NPI teams and Telco reseller partners - TMobile, Verizon, AT & T, etc. As a Senior Production Planner and Strategic Planner at Agilent Technologies, I was responsible for timely manufacturing of Genomics products and Instrumentation up to $30M/monthly, WW inventory management, driving S & OP meetings & testing various SAP MRP solutions. I have used Excel for 15+ years (XLOOKUP, Pivot tables, Planning) and managed the launch of more NPI projects than I can count. I have trained hundreds of Controllers WW in using new tools and systems. As a creative, motivated, results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, I am always looking for opportunities to grow and advance. I seek out challenges and love to solve difficult problems. I’m an abstract painter. I sell my own original paintings and prints to private clients and companies under Nicole Royer Art, LLC.
