ABOUT NICOLE JOHANSEN

I am an Operations Analyst at Vitesse, where I manage and optimize daily payment operations across both internal systems and external banking partners. In this role, I ensure payment tasks are completed accurately and on time, develop a deep understanding of payment, settlement, and workflow systems, and maintain clear, up-to-date documentation. I also identify operational gaps, propose improvements, and collaborate closely with product and engineering teams during development and testing. Additionally, I analyze non-standard payment activity and help implement both short- and long-term solutions that strengthen overall operational performance.Before joining Vitesse, I contributed to global financial planning at the United Nations as a Finance & Budgeting Intern within the Department of Management Strategy, Policy and Compliance. There, I supported high-level budgeting and financial analysis for international programs, collaborating across departments to enhance financial transparency and resource optimization.My career began at Waldo Photos, where I progressed from intern to full-time Account Manager, gaining hands-on experience in operations, client success, and scalable process development in a fast-growing tech environment.Having lived in Norway and South Korea, I bring a global perspective to every team I work with. I’m fluent in Norwegian and passionate about continuous learning, both through structured programs and hands-on challenges.
