ABOUT NICOLE CLARKE

I am an enthusiastic and experienced Marketing Manager with over 10 years experience in a full range of marketing disciplines. Some of these include social media management, paid social, brand strategy, budget management, website development, content marketing, internal communications, project management, analytics, and reviews. I have also implemented customer and team journeys and overturned recruitment processes.I have worked across multiple sectors such as retail, financial, legal and the health sector which has resulted in experience in B2B and B2C marketing. My experience has seen me work in big corporate teams as well as being the sole marketing responsibility. At the start of my career, I worked solely in the office, however, due to the nature of my roles I have spent the last three years from home which has given me a breadth of experience in self-management.I am a hard-working and committed individual always striving for excellence and innovation. A strength of mine is understanding the business as a whole and looking at where changes can be made to strengthen activity. Some of my key achievements include the creation of recruitment products and campaigns to help Bluebird Care navigate the recruitment crisis through COVID-19. I stepped out of my comfort zone with the Simpson Millar team and built their website, whilst developing their brand and social strategy, this saw an uplift of 106% in enquiries, sales increasing by 2567% and a 151% increase in social engagement. I took the lead during Provident’s social media crisis which saw an uplift in conversations by my spare time, if you can call it that, you\'ll find me with my little boy, dog and husband. We spend time renovating our house, exploring the great outdoors or cooking up a storm in the kitchen.
