I am a passionate leader in the landscape industry, dedicated to collaboration, innovation, and developing talented teams. With over 20 years of diverse experience—including running my own installation and maintenance company, managing estate properties, and holding multiple leadership roles at the Disneyland Resort—I’ve had the privilege of working alongside some of the best in the business. As Senior Director of Landscape Operations for the Irvine Company’s Office portfolio, I lead a talented team responsible for managing and enhancing the landscapes of our coastal California office properties. My focus is on building strong partnerships across divisions, driving best practices in urban forest management, water conservation, sustainability, and vendor performance. I love this industry not just for the beautiful spaces we create but for the incredible community behind it. One of my greatest joys is mentoring and developing future leaders, ensuring we continue to elevate our profession. I’m also deeply committed to knowledge-sharing and collaboration, which is why I spearhead an annual urban forestry symposium, bringing together top minds from education, culture, and entertainment to push our industry forward.
