ABOUT NICOLE HERNANDEZ

At just 12 years old, I was introduced to the world of finance through my parents’ first green bookkeeping ledger, helping them balance the books for their small business. I remember sorting receipts into envelopes, meticulously coding each for taxable deductions. This early experience sparked my love for numbers, structure, and financial responsibility. It led me to my first role as a bookkeeper, and my journey in accounting took off from there.Today, I’m proud to be an accountant with a passion for problem-solving and making a meaningful impact. I thrive on bringing fresh perspectives and modern solutions to the timeless challenges in finance.(After all, those green general ledgers are relics now!) Over the course of my career, I\'ve had the privilege of working with a variety of ERPs across organizations of all sizes, from small businesses to large corporations. I’ve managed the financials for companies across healthcare industries, successfully passed multiple GAAP audits, and resolved regulatory disputes.The most fulfilling part of my journey has been building efficient processes, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring that financial impact is at the core of every decision we make. Outside of finance, I find joy in gardening.
