I managed and motivated a team during intensive research periods, acting as the key driver behind many of our clients’ portfolio ideas — ensuring we not only inspired but also delivered results.In my role, I frequently represented Korn Design in high-level business meetings with B2B clients, where I presented strategies, built trust, and negotiated outcomes. Beyond design, I also took on budgeting and account management responsibilities, bridging the gap between creativity and commercial performance.My client portfolio included collaborations with LPP (Reserved, Cropp, Sinsay, Mohito) and Lidl (Esmara, Lupilu), where I oversaw the creation of collections that resonated across European markets. Based in London, I remained immersed in UK high street trends while driving design direction across Europe. I also led supplier collaborations in Turkey and the Far East, ensuring innovation, quality, and speed-to-market. With extensive international travel, I built and maintained strong global partnerships, establishing myself as a trusted voice between clients, suppliers, and internal teams — consistently delivering trend-driven, commercially successful collections.
