ABOUT NICOLE GREEN
Nicole Green is a healthcare executive with over 25 years’ experience in strategic planning, healthcare operations management and organizational change management. She currently serves as the Executive Director of Strategic Alliance and Virtual Care Channels for CVS Health Retail Health/MinuteClinic. She leads business strategy, implementation and relationship management for 70+ strategic relationships, many with integrated delivery systems across the country. With a focus on population health, her team works to bring forth the full potential of clinical relationships to support patients, promote health & wellness and reduce the risk of chronic disease. In this role, Nicole proudly leads the first of its kind MinuteClinic VA access program and national virtual care strategy, driving CVS Health and MinuteClinic to practice with telehealth. She runs the national MinuteClinic telehealth practice and CVS Health Virtual Primary Care practice. Before joining MinuteClinic in 2012, Ms. Green was the Director of Business Transformation for Massachusetts General Hospital Physicians Organization and Partners Healthcare Revenue Cycle. With four teams and over 100 projects, she created a department to lead and hardwire strategic change management initiatives to support the patient experience, improve operational efficiency and drive revenue growth. She held additional leadership positions during her 14 year career at Mass General Brigham
