Nicole is a global leader in Business Continuity Management & Resiliency, Risk Management and Operations for Mars Petcare, with over 11 years of experience in different regions across Mars Inc, specifically Petcare. She designed and deployed the BCM & Resiliency Program for Royal Canin after a major event in 2017, and in 2023 expanded the Program across Mars Petcare to include MVH, SDx and Pet Nutrition, which includes the execution of E2E IT Disaster Recovery capabilities. The Program equips Units to determine their dependencies of critical processes, guidance on response and recovery from an unplanned event based on business impact and enables them to uncover blind spots to strengthen preparedness and resiliency. Nicole also leads the strategic initiative Protecting Operational Imperatives, which aims to ensure secure, efficient, compliant and resilient Operations across Mars Petcare.
