The Critical Care Research Center (housed in Regions Hospital) is one of the research centers within the HealthPartners Institute. Supports physician-investigators in conceptualizing and designing research studies, obtaining IRB approval, maintaining regulatory compliance, managing projects, analyzing data, and dissemination of results.• Manages investigator-initiated project work, including project development, and is accountable for project communications both within team and to partners.• Ensures project feasibility, assembles project teams, and solicits input of key stakeholders working to ensure study designs fit within the context of the organization.• Coordinates the preparation, writes, and provides critical revisions for investigator study protocols, including statistical analysis plans, consent documents, protocol amendments, and continuing reviews to the IRB and external regulatory entities as required.• Carries out data cleaning and statistical analysis plans, assists investigators in interpreting results for manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and other presentations.• Assists with preparation, and provides critical feedback for, any written materials prior to submission to journals, conferences, or other entities.• Manages industry-sponsored and federally funded trials according to Good Clinical Practice and applicable regulatory standards.• Directs research team with day-to-day study operations.
