I am a rising 4th year honors student at Tulane University studying Psychology and Music. I am a classically trained pianist of 17 years. I am interested in clinical therapy and DBT. I have firsthand experience working with children, adolescents, and adults of varying abilities in a multitude of clinical, educational, and professional settings.

   At LIFT, I am an MSW Generalist Year Intern. I conduct structured in-person and virtual coaching sessions to a diverse caseload of 22+ parents (ages 22-50) impacted by poverty, trauma, and systemic barriers using a culturally responsive and trauma-informed approach. I am trained in and utilize strengths-based, skills-focused and motivational interviewing approaches to support SMART goal setting, problem solving, executive functioning, goal-directed behavior, and empower behavior change.I deliver supportive coaching on stress management, parenting challenges, boundaries, communication skills, self-advocacy, financial management, and career/education search.I facilitate intakes to identify needs, goals, and barriers and create individualized support plansPiloted an AI research program with the national office to improve coach training. I coordinate case management and referrals to housing assistance, mental health services, financial counseling, childcare, food access, and legal resources. I maintain detailed clinical documentation in the form of meeting notes, goal plans, client communication, process recordings, and client paperwork within LIFT’s database system.
