As Director of Operations and Coaching, Nicole leads the design and delivery of Stretch’s operational systems, culture, and people development strategy. Her role blends precision and empathy—ensuring the business runs effectively while creating the conditions for individuals and teams to thrive.She partners closely with the Founder to shape Stretch’s strategic direction, manage delivery across multiple projects, and uphold the organisation’s values of curiosity, inclusivity, and courage.Nicole also leads the strategic development of Opportunities for Youth, a key initiative within the Stretch ecosystem that supports the next generation through future skills development, coaching, and access to meaningful learning opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesLead operational planning and execution across all Stretch programmes and partnerships.Design and embed frameworks that enhance collaboration, performance, and wellbeing.Oversee people and culture initiatives, ensuring alignment with Stretch’s values.Coach and mentor both internal team members and external clients.Shape the long-term strategy and delivery plan for Opportunities for Youth.Support leadership development and inclusive workplace practices.Champion continuous improvement across systems, tools, and workflows.
