About Nicole Donelan
I work at the intersections of civic engagement, higher education, depolarization, and political violence prevention. I focus on bringing dialogue and peacebuilding tools into real campus and community settings to spark change.In my role, I build and implement programs - including a national cohort of (amazing) student journalists. I manage logistics for in-person and virtual events, develop educational and training materials, and ensure the day-to-day workflows that power programs run smoothly.At my core, I\'m a logistician. Good ops make good programs happen! My operations work includes procurement and contracting, vendor coordination, scheduling and registration management, and supporting events from planning through on-site execution.I believe deeply that dialogue is a gateway to collective action and mutual understanding - all of which are crucial to tackle America\'s most pressing issues.
