At J.P. Morgan Workplace Solutions, we empower businesses by delivering innovative workplace incentive and equity compensation solutions. As Chief Operating Officer, I guide our efforts in leveraging innovation and exceptional client service to enhance reward strategies. My role emphasizes service delivery, operational excellence, risk management, and strategic growth, ensuring we meet the evolving needs of our clients. Previously, I served as the Chief Control Executive for J.P. Morgan Asset & Wealth Management (AWM), where I led business risk management efforts and was a member of the AWM Operating Committee and the Firm\'s Control Management leadership team. AWM is one of the largest and most respected investment managers and private banks globally, managing over $4 trillion in client assets with a 200-year legacy of trust.Before joining J.P. Morgan, I was the Global Chief Audit Executive at Blackstone, reporting to Executive Management and the Independent Board of Directors. In this role, I established and led Internal Audit, Enterprise Risk Management, and Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance during a period of significant transition (IPO) and growth. My career began with progressive roles at Merrill Lynch and Deloitte, where I built a strong foundation in risk management, corporate governance, legal and regulatory compliance, international finance and taxation, business strategy, and operations.With over 20 years of experience, I have developed experience with private, pre-IPO and public companies, with deep institutional knowledge of Alternatives, Private Equity, Hedge Funds, Asset Management, Wealth Management, Private Banking and Commercial & Institutional Banking.I hold a Juris Doctor and Accounting degree from Seton Hall University. Additionally, I am proud to serve on the board of PENCIL, a non-profit organization dedicated to preparing NYC public school students for college and career success.
