This role is involved in all aspects of M&A with a focus on project managing transactions from diligence to integration within Human Resources. I am responsible for managing HR integration with a core focus on driving HR Operations amongst all M&A activities and onboarding of all new hired/acquired employees. The job is a roll up the sleeves, hands-on active facilitator for coordination, administration support and maintenance of a full range of HR operational functions. Focus will be on continuous improvement of the employee experience, quality and speed of delivery and effective integration planning and execution.
