ABOUT NICOLE DARDEN

I have a background working in customer success and service where I\'ve spent years working on my interpersonal and communication skills. I\'ve been a teacher for the last two years and a medical assistant prior to teaching. While these jobs were very fulfilling, they did not offer enough capital to sustain the support I need for financial freedom. I have decided to transition to technology sales development. I am currently in a thorough and intensive online course in technology sales development. I\'ve learned skills like researching new prospects, cold outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, Zoominfo), and running a discovery call using SPIN & BANT. I have become very knowledgable in leveraging sales tools including CRMs,(Salesforce, Hubsport), Engagement(Salesloft), Sales Data, and other platforms to become an efficient sales professional. I\'m currently looking to get started in sales development internship where I can apply the knowledge I have learned into practical skills. I can be an asset to your sales development team by assisting SDRs with the entire search function or I can even get on the phone and start prospecting.
