About Nicole Dabe

I started my career as a teacher — long before I knew where it would ultimately take me. A lifelong athlete, I was always passionate about sports. Not just about being an athlete on the field, but what it meant to be part of something greater than myself. Six years ago, I followed this passion without a clear roadmap and joined a company that worked exclusively in the sports technology space. What I might not have had in technical skills, I had in both competitive athletics and in hospitality, sales, and event planning. These fast-paced environments sharpened my resilience, adaptability, and collaborative spirit. Roles in Account Management and Commercial Operations gave me a front-row view of how organizations run financially, operationally, and strategically. Along the way, I realized the work that energized me most was working with and developing people. Today, as a Learning & Engagement Manager, I lead programs that strengthen culture and empower team members to grow, feel supported, and thrive. My career hasn’t been linear, but my curiosity, courage, and continuous growth have guided me to where I am today. I couldn’t be more excited to be exactly where I am now as I firmly believe investing in people will always pay off.
