Guided change management and training program for large healthcare company’s HCM Oracle Cloud implementation, including planning and facilitation of leadership visioning workshop, case for change, change management and training strategy and plan development and deployment, change impact analysis, stakeholder analysis, and planning and engagement for Conference Room Pilots (CRP) and User Acceptance Test (UAT).
