Fueled with passion and energy from life experiences, Nicole joined Daigle in 2010. She worked tirelessly to learn the intricacies of each client’s needs as well as the technical rules of high net worth individual taxation. Through several years of service, Nicole progressed to tax senior and eventually tax manager. As technology has become more prevalent, Nicole has immersed herself into learning the ins and outs of the IT process. She has helped establish an efficient IT environment to provide seamless and extremely secure service to clients and advisors.Now as COO, Nicole oversees the internal operations of Daigle on a day-to-day basis. This includes everything from new client integration to managing the team and facilities. She also dedicates her energy to truly understanding what opportunities Daigle has as a firm to provide value to other members of the advisory team.Nicole graduated Magna Cum Laude from Merrimack College with a degree in Business Administration, and a concentration in finance.
