Territory consists of the eastern portion of the U.S.\\\\n \\\\n Develop and execute strategic market plans for a QSR restaurant concept by utilizing analytics platforms and on-the-ground insights.\\\\n Identify target trade areas for development.\\\\n \\\\n Identified pad sites for freestanding drive-thru opportunities to secure new sites.\\\\n Conduct site tours in markets for expansion.\\\\n \\\\n Develop and manage relationships with brokers to create a robust real estate pipeline.\\\\n \\\\n Strive to achieve targeted new restaurant opening plan to meet corporate development strategy.\\\\n Perform market analysis, conduct site tours, manage broker and developer relationships, and deliver net new restaurant openings.\\\\n \\\\n Structure deal economics to ensure sites met proforma goals and negotiate favorable economic terms.\\\\n Negotiate all financial terms and business points within a LOI.\\\\n Build relationships with landlords, developers and brokers.\\\\n Partner with preferred developers on new sites.\\\\n Partner with franchisees to develop market plans, identify sites for expansion and negotiate deal terms.\\\\n \\\\n Generate proforma analysis in partnership with Finance team.\\\\n Collaborate with Construction team on construction budget and timeline.\\\\n Assemble Real Estate Committee presentations for approval by Executive Leadership Team\\\\n Manage and monitor deals through opening.\\\\n Partner with Legal team for lease review and negotiation.\\\\n \\\\n Knowledgeable of market conditions in major markets nationwide; understand competitive changes in markets, and understand competitors within markets.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
