Serve as central point of contact for all union (AFM and SAG-AFTRA) related compliance matters for Warner Music Group’s• Interpret language in artist agreements to determine if applicable to AFM and SAG-AFTRA bargaining agreements• Manage the semi-annual reporting process of artist royalty earnings to SAG-AFTRA • Utilize AFTRA Z System to upload & calculate payment responsibilities based on royalty earnings for artists on all WMG US based labels • Prepare earnings reports for all products for which monies are payable to SAG-AFTRA H&R using queries in WMG’s Artist Royalty System • Work with the WMG’s Participations Accounting Team to gather earnings and other financial data for products sold pursuant to joint venture deals • Maintain and provide SAG-AFTRA with accurate list of artist under current recording agreements with all WMG US labels• Calculate and prepare semi-annual payments request for American Federation of Musicians with respect to the Special Performers and Music Performance Trust and Employee Performance Funds• Calculate and prepare the semi-annual payments requests for the SAG-AFTRA Digital Distribution Fund • Respond to any questions representatives of AFM and SAG-AFTRA may pose regarding WMG’s payments• Respond to any questions from the internal audit group regarding AFM and SAG-AFTRA payments • Respond to inquiries from artists regarding any contributions WMG makes to SAG-AFTRA on their behalf • Process insurance premium payments obligations for active roster artists with insufficient earnings • Manage the monthly intercompany reporting to Warner Music Group’s foreign affiliates of sales in the U.S. of repertoire owned or controlled by such foreign affiliates
