About Nicole Cicogna
Executive with over twenty-five years of experience. I believe in thought leadership and open dialogue to identify systemic issues through which true impactful and relevant solutions are born. My career has come full circle. Horowitz Research is the ultimate organization for me to take root: my experience in market research, nonprofit leadership of multicultural populations, and culturally immersive global travel have not only prepared me for this work, but aligns with my inherent value system. As the CEO/Executive Director of two well-respected New York City nonprofits, I led long-term sustainability planning, managed the rebranding of both organizations, and raised revenue streams of $1 million+ annually. My high-level corporate experience, creative talents, business acumen, and emotional intelligence provided the foundation for The Greatest Impact, which created resiliency by researching competitive landscapes and building brands. It all started though in market research - 25 years ago. My humble beginnings with RDD and mail sample at what had been Survey Sampling Inc (as its 40th employee!), I experienced the industry move to online research. In what seemed like the blink of an eye, the online sample industry exploded exponentially, commoditized, and consolidated. I moved to the nonprofit world and along the way visited 25 countries. I\'m back home.
