   This strategic Corporate HR Business Partner role reports directly to the CHRO and supports the Chief Financial Officer, EVP General Counsel, the SVP Global IT & S and the SVP & GM of the Nutrition Americas business. This dual role is responsible for leading and partnering with C-suite and Executive leadership to support the strategic vision and business objectives, ensures implementation of best HR practices in driving the talent strategy, embedding performance management into ways of working, leading employee relations consultations globally, organizational design, succession planning and leadership development for over 600 corporate team members across eight (8) Countries. The role is also responsible being fully embedded in the Americas Nutrition business, partnering with the Commercial & Supply Chain leaders for over 800 associates in our Nutrition division across three manufacturing locations, including one unionized facility, and four commercial locations in the US and Canada.
