ABOUT NICOLE CARPINTERI
I am a highly motivated third-year J.D. Candidate at the Elisabeth Haub School of Law. Currently, as a third-year J.D. student, I am participating in the Pace Corporate Law Externship at Chantecaille Beauté, where I am gaining practical experience as an in-house counsel and in contract law.In addition to my coursework, I served as a representative for the Pace Corporate and Commercial Law Society during my second year. I was also selected to serve as Treasurer for the Women’s Association of Law Students. My advocacy experience includes advancing to the quarter-finals of the first-year Pace Moot Court Competition and being chosen to compete in the ABA Negotiation Competition. To enhance my legal writing skills and deepen my understanding of Alternative Dispute Resolution, I co-authored an article published in the December 2024 issue of the Westchester County Bar Association Journal, focusing on the intersection of mediation and the role of the attorney for the children.
