I’m a Cape Cod native with a heart for healing and over a decade of professional experience in office management, customer service, marketing, and wellness leadership. With a B.S. in Business Management and a concentration in Operations from UMass Dartmouth, I’ve built a career that bridges strategic operations with people-first leadership—working across industries from corporate retail and hospitality to boutique fitness, HR support, and holistic wellness.Currently, I serve as General Manager at Club Pilates, where I lead a dynamic team, manage employee and member schedules, support HR processes such as hiring and onboarding, implement client retention strategies, and oversee day-to-day operations. I also lead grassroots marketing efforts, community engagement, and event planning to grow brand awareness and deepen client relationships.My background includes administrative and marketing roles in hospitality, retail, and higher education, where I developed skills in scheduling, internal communications, email marketing, inventory tracking, and database management. I’m highly organized, detail-oriented, and driven by a passion for creating efficient, collaborative workplaces that prioritize both productivity and well-being.In addition to my business background, I’m also a 200HR Registered Yoga Instructor and Reiki I practitioner, certified in mat and reformer Pilates. I specialize in somatic-based movement, breathwork, and nervous system support for individuals healing from stress and burnout—bringing trauma-informed awareness to both my leadership and my teaching.I’m currently seeking office management, HR support, administrative coordination, or marketing assistant roles with values-aligned teams in the Plymouth or South Shore area—particularly those who value integrative wellness, team connection, and purpose-driven work.Let’s connect and explore how we can grow, lead, and thrive—together.
