Hi there! I\'m Nicole Binda, a junior at Illinois State University majoring in Business Administration, seeking to gain professional insight in the administration space through hands-on experience and internships. I\'m a University Scholarship recipient, part of the Honors Program, and have earned Dean’s List honors for the past three semesters.This past summer, I completed a Retail Management Internship at Von Maur, where I developed hands-on experience in store operations, leadership, and customer engagement. In my role, I helped oversee sales floor activities, support and guide team members, and ensured a seamless and high-quality shopping experience for customers. I’m led a business analysis project focused on identifying buying trends for a specific brand, using sales data and customer behavior insights to inform merchandising and inventory decisions. This experience has strengthened my analytical skills and given me a deeper understanding of how data drives retail strategy.I currently serve as Vice President of Corporate Relations for Women in Business, where I manage partnerships and coordinate events to support member development.
