Served in Part 119 Key Management Roles as the Director of Operations and Chief Pilot. Administered checkrides on behalf of the FAA as a designated Check-airman. Created a suite of innovative products not on offer in the Honolulu market, such as Doors Off tours and tours raging from 20 to 60 minutes in duration. These offerings spurred market demand and offered a broader range of air tour options for customers to experience the Hawaiian Islands. Created an operational model that enabled the business to deliver superior customer service and respond to air tour requests on demand.
