ABOUT NICOLE AUSTIN
Nicole Austin is the Project Manager for the New York Power Authority\'s Office of Civil Rights and Inclusion (OCRI) Team. In her role, Nicole promotes the development of systematic approaches to help foster an inclusive environment working on various projects at NYPA. Nicole has a deep commitment to building talent and fostering diversity, equity and inclusion.In addition to her work at NYPA, Nicole works to educate young men and women on as a volunteer with the Covenant House of New Jersey, furthering her commitment to helping to provide opportunities for underrepresented groups. Nicole received her Associates degree in Business Management and her Bachelor’s degree Human Resource Management. She also continued her studies and received a Business Analysis certification from the University of Villanova. Nicole currently resides in New Jersey with her husband and their two children.
