I’m the Chief Human Resources & Compliance Officer at MeriCal, where I’m proud to help shape a people-first culture while supporting our mission to lead innovation in the dietary supplement industry. Along with overseeing Human Resources and Compliance, I also lead our Information Technology and Application Management functions, ensuring that people, processes, and technology work together to drive our growth and success.With close to 20 years of experience in human resources and compliance leadership, I’ve had the opportunity to work across several industries. Prior to joining MeriCal in 2017, I held senior HR roles at Skilled Healthcare and Hexagon Agility, a leader in alternative fuel systems, where I supported both workforce development and cultural transformation. Earlier in my career at Citigroup, I spearheaded employee relations project management and earned my mediator certification, strengthening my ability to support fair and effective resolutions to complex workplace matters.I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership and a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Chapman University. A lifelong learner, I’m passionate about continuous development — both for myself and the teams I lead.Building strong teams, nurturing talent, finding solutions, removing barriers, and moving with agility and speed are what drive me every day.
