Completed a dual master\'s program with a MBA and a Masters in Environmental Economics and Policy at Duke University. Motivated by the idea of the triple bottom line. Career objective: To continually advance my career within Corporate Social Responsibility that focuses on operations, responsible sourcing, and sustainable supply chains. 10+ years of experience focused primarily on environmental services, product development, and supply chain management. Professional experience addresses key environmental business challenges and develops response strategies, which include: • Create and implement strategic sustainability projects at both a large-scale and small-scale. • Track business trends in key market segments and initiate business cases on opportunities. • Build a global material traceability program throughout a complex of supply chain for multiple materials, products and brands. • Present comprehensive consumer insights • Develop SOPs for verifying and validating content claims and company certifications. • Maintain a strong understanding of product, labor and environmental regulations. • Manage financial analysis for strategic initiatives (e.g. cost-benefit analysis, internal reporting, etc.) • Receive a research grant to write my thesis on the fiscal benefits of regenerative sourcing. • Prepare curriculum for global company trainings on specific company topics. • Develop departments, programs, and internal control systems. • Manage relationships with our suppliers and third parties on pertinent projects. • Work across teams in a cross-functional role. • Manage and foster direct reports. • Deliver success in helping to build campaigns and stakeholder engagement. • Develop strong experience in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel (e.g. Pivot tables), SharePoint, PDM, and other project management tools.
