Currently supporting a global project helping Nike modernize their data ecosystem and deploy a new enterprise data strategy; serve as a key change agent, helping facilitate a cultural transformation focused on improving data literacy and restructuring the approach to how data is used among teams in the company as a strategic asset to drive trustworthy, evidence-based business decisions• Drive cross-functional change management delivery activities, partnering with key stakeholders to address complex process improvement needs and \"raise the bar\" on organizational capabilities related to compliance, data governance, enterprise data privacy, and security• Helped enable significant technical expense reductions (primarily in cloud storage costs) by implementing new records retention policies, working with the Office of the General Counsel, Information Governance Team, and Digital Employee Experience Collaboration Team to roll out the new data governance standards and ensure rapid user adoption• Champion change management and knowledge-sharing activities needed to improve employee data literacy on a global basis, including training staff on new data governance/quality standards, accelerating adoption of new data management frameworks, and leading change-related communications on a cross-functional, cross-group basis• Collaborate with internal engineers, data scientists, data consumers, and business owners to drive business value and help Nike achieve its long-term AI/ML objectives – identifying creative solutions and innovations that include migrating/consolidating a broad, disconnected array of data sets into a single data lake house for easy access and retrieval to derive reliable data sources, trustworthy analytical outputs and data-driven innovations
