Currently working on the Anadarko Basin Development Team (June 2025 - present). Involved with proposing, planning and successfully executing the drill schedule and evaluating geologic risk for all developments. Help inventory renewal team evaluate risk & inform economics for potential deals.Worked on the Texas Ops Development Team (Permian Basin; April 2021-May 2025). Oversee the development proposals for Midland, Upton, Howard & Glasscock counties (usually $300+MM investment each year). Involved with development planning/execution, competitor intelligence, geochemistry mapping, incremental economics, etc. Striving to improve FCF, increase # ft premium drillable inventory, beat our 1Yr budgeted well performance, and promote young, diverse leaders within the company.Lead reserves and depletion plan for Permian geology - yearly corporate processes to help with Ovintiv’s strategy. Chair Denver\'s Ovintiv Young Leaders program to foster growth and development, encourage knowledge sharing and teamwork, and promote community engagement. Formerly (Jan 2019-April 2021) a geologist on Texas Ops Reservoir Characterization Team. Aimed to use creative properties generated in volumetric space to improve our Eagleford and Permian GeoMVRs. Resource mapping (Petrel), normalizing logs (Techlog/Petrel), built our 2020 Permian Earth Model (Petrel). Was in charge of new microseismic data acquisition + analysis (Petrel/Spotfire), and was involved with development strategy for Martin County. Presented at the RMAG Symposium and Core Workshop in Jan 2019. June 2017-Dec 2018 I worked on the Permian Development team. Planned/executed pads, built an Indonesian water saturation model, and completed a 4-month geosteering rotation (San Juan, Eagleford and Permian Basins in StarSteer, Kingdom, SES).
