I oversee and manage a diverse team of Executive Assistants, Administrative Assistants, Receptionists, and other support staff across multiple office locations. I serve as the in-house designer for office layouts and branding, ensuring cohesive and engaging environments at our headquarters, local expansion spaces, and international facilities. As the primary liaison between our Board of Directors and the internal team, I facilitate communication and ensure alignment across all levels of the organization. I collaborate closely with Facilities and Environmental Health & Safety teams to maintain a safe and efficient workplace. I oversee office management activities and planning and execution of company-wide events such as Town Halls, Summer Picnics, Holiday Mingles, and other team-building initiatives.
