I\'m a curious learner and community-centered leader who cares deeply about mental health, social justice, and wellness. With experience in higher education and the nonprofit world, I enjoy building programs and learning spaces that are inclusive, thoughtful, and grounded in real community needs. I believe in meeting people where they are and co-creating solutions that are both meaningful and sustainable.In addition to program design and leadership, I bring experience in mission-driven fundraising, cultivating authentic relationships with donors, stewarding major gifts, and helping translate bold ideas into funded initiatives. I see fundraising as an extension of community-building: an opportunity to align values, inspire generosity, and connect people to work that creates real impact.At the Contemplative Sciences Center, I support the design, delivery, and integration of contemplative education across programs and academic instruction in an effort to enhance holistic flourishing for our university community at the University of Virginia.As a Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach and Yoga Instructor, I help people reconnect with themselves, explore the mind-body connection, and create a vision for what wellness looks like in their lives.
