   Drove commercialization by architecting the full product stack - from AI/ML and optics to electronics and mechanicals—translating a proof of concept into a unified, manufacturable, and scalable diagnostic device. Developed and deployed a production-grade CVML pipeline for biosensor localization and contour segmentation. Partnered with the CEO on technical recruiting, product strategy, fundraising, regulatory planning, and customer/partner communications. Designed and implemented the embedded architecture, utilizing modular HALs, deterministic control loops, and watchdog-driven reliability layers for fault-tolerant operation.
