With over 20 years of leadership experience, I have had the privilege of collaborating with hundreds of organizations and executives to develop winning strategies, optimize planning, and enhance their decision-making capabilities.As the host of the podcast \"Le temps d\'une pause RH!\", I explore insights on the impact of human resources and business strategy on organizational well-being and performance. My goal is to provide practical tools to build environments that allow everyone to thrive and contribute fully to collective success.My expertise includes creating talent management programs for large organizations, building and developing employer branding, providing strategic guidance to executives, and facilitating strategic planning sessions. I have worked closely with executive teams and coached leaders through critical moments, helping organizations become more agile and resilient in the face of increasingly significant challenges.
