Lead it to financial success by rebranding it and creating long-term contracts with large media archives in NYC- Led the transformation of a near-failing company into the leading media preservation service in the tri-state area, increasing revenue by 300% in a short period of time- Managed a small team of employees and six drop-off locations around NYC that expanded our loyal client base to include high-profile names such as HBO, Viacom, the NYT, and NYU- Directed and redesigned the branding, operations, and strategic initiatives to drive business growth. This helped us to maintain competitive advantage and helped us adjust to a tumultuous business climate ( COVID lockdown).
