ABOUT NICOLAS MASCIOLA

Hello! My name is Nicolas Masciola, and I recently graduated from Indiana University’s Class of 2025, where I studied Real Estate at the Kelley School of Business. During my time at Kelley, I was actively involved in the Real Estate Club and competed in case competitions each year. I also participated in both a social and a professional fraternity, which enriched my experience on campus.Growing up in Washington, D.C, I developed a strong interest in real estate from an early age. With several family members working in the industry, I was exposed to it throughout my life. Over time, that early exposure evolved into a deep passion as I came to understand the meaningful impact that real estate development can have on communities. My educational journey at Indiana University’s renowned Hutton Honors College reflects my dedication to academic excellence and intellectual growth. As I pursue a career in real estate, I am driven by a vision to create lasting community impact through thoughtful, strategic development, guided by principles learned both in the classroom and through hands on experience in the field. I graduated from Mclean High School in June 2021. During my time in high school I was an athlete, playing varsity soccer all four years along with track and field. I was also President of the Latin Club from 20••••20 which improved my leadership skills. During my senior year, I was selected to be a part of my high school\'s the student government as a member of the Honor committee. This committee was composed of ten students that would hear cases of other students\' academic dishonesty and suggest learning outcomes to our school head.
