Fed Group is an independent recruitment company created in 2001 in Paris. Several numbers: 12 specialized agencies, 16 satellite offices in France and International, more than 400 people. Each brand is specialized in a field: temporary as permanent jobs, from assistant to middle/top management positions. I am currently a Regional Director at Fed Group where I have now been working for 15 years. Within those years at Fed Group, I succeeded into growing my staff from 2 to 20 people. On top of that, I set up 2 regional offices and made sure they performed. I am truly proud of my career at Fed, going through both successful and harsher moments. I am also proud of my teams, But apart from the numbers, I am driven by entrepreneurship, and by the fact to be surrounded by spirited and effective people
