Responsibilities - Lead the UX for SupplierXM, Salsify’s solution that helps retailers and brands manage, collaborate, and share product data- Manage 3-4 Product Designers (Junior to Senior Level)- Onboard new Product Designers- Build processes to optimize designers’ day-to-day workflow- Connect and build strong relationships with stakeholders outside of the product who contribute to the users’ experience as part of the effort to create a cohesive UX- Ensure designers have the right tools. Accomplishments - Hired the European Product Designers team (3 in France and 1 in Portugal)- Organized the French team so Product Designers could work for 2 squads- Created a toolbox to help designers with research techniques or workshops- Supported junior designers during discovery workshops- Created a partnership between French Designers and the US UX leads to work on a research repository and the US Design System
