Responsible for the VIS (Venue Integrated Schedule) and VIG (Venue Integrated Group) process for defining and validating the installation, transition and dismantling schedules for the competition and non-competition venues of Milano Cortina 2026, in close collaboration with the IOC, OBS and all the infrastructure, energy and technology partners- In charge of the schedules for the installation, transition and dismantling of the ceremony venues of Milano San Siro (Olympic opening ceremony) and Arena Verona (Olympic closing and Paralympic opening ceremonies).
