As a manager with over 15 years of experience in the architecture and planning industry, I excel in both project and operations management, adeptly steering the design and execution of projects nationwide. My expertise spans residential, retail, transportation, justice, and science and technology projects, enabling me to approach each new challenge with versatility and innovation.In my role, I excel in operations management, meticulously overseeing staffing and work allocation to ensure the team is well-organized and tasks are assigned based on expertise. I work together with the managing principal on strategic planning and operational challenges, providing regular updates and addressing issues to ensure smooth project execution. My experience extends to global projects, where I have successfully managed financial proposals and coordinated complex logistics.I hold a Master of Architecture (M.Arch) from Boston Architectural College, where I honed my skills and deepened my knowledge of design, sustainability, and urban development. My Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) from Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas (UPC) provided a strong foundation in both creative design and technical execution. Currently, I am pursuing an MBA at Boston University to complement my architectural expertise with strategic business acumen, leadership, and management skills. With a multidisciplinary background, I am passionate about integrating design innovation with business strategy to drive impactful projects and shape the built environment.Throughout my career, I have been dedicated to delivering excellence and fostering innovation.
